Our functional fitness classes are one hour in length and include strength training, cardio, and metabolic conditioning. You’ll get your heart rate up, increase your strength, and make some great friends!

This is a group fitness class for people ages 50 and older. It focuses on resistance training and pursuing strength for longevity.
